Renowned as one of the worlds preeminent leader development institutions, West Points mission is to educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets so that each graduate is a commissioned leader of character committed to the values of Duty, Honor, CountrUnited States Military Academy, West Point, New York 10996 home school academyy. The student body, or Corps of Cadets, numbers 4,400 and each year approximately 1,000 cadets join the Long Gray Line as they graduate and are commissioned as second lhome school academyieutenants in the U.S. Army.

West Point celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.s work and legacy Tuesday with nearly 400 in attendance at the West Point Club for the annual observance luncheon.
